Well my money is for a breakout, 75p sounds reasonable although I suspect 45p will take a bit of effort to convincingly break first. As soon as I see a convincing break of 45p I will double my holding.Much more sensible to average up rather than average down don't you agree?

Very nice. We already have the mark in the sand from last year when people thought the oil crash was resolving. This time it is for real so 75p should be upon us within the next 3 months at worst.

Its likely the brokers have been finding new homes for the shares off-book.
There have been a few holdings RNSs from those who bought the shares in the last month.

I suspect the re-rating may be underway and might get some real momentum if they can announce another contract win.

Trident- the rise is of course a reasonable % but compared to its drop over 12 months is not too significant. The POO is up and companies like this get lifted. A real rerating will only come with a decent trading update.

PoO is a wake-up call regardless of geo-politics.
Investors starting to realise that outside the Permian basin the oil industry really needs to start replacing production declines.

This is looking perky. Prehaps the market is getting ready to start attributing a sensible price finally based on the feasible forward earnings achievable in a few years time.

Does look like a fair bit of stock changed hands last few weeks.
Also testing that longterm downtrend again. Its going to break that at some point.

Got back in a couple of days ago, but smaller position than I did have, alas. Price now being driven by buyers and not sellers. So I withdraw my dead money statement from March, though I now think the share price will be ahead of events, which still won't look great. Got to move fast in cyclicals though; they have to be bought expensive and sold cheap.

Amazing how this stock is pricing in no recovery in activity and rates despite the pick up in oil price!

29,000,000 shares changed hand or 8.5% of the company.
All will be hold in funds. Not sold again (?).
On the 11th, 2,500,000 was bought at 35p.

Therefore, from what you are saying, another 66,000,000 (-the 2,5000,000??) could be sold.
Looking at the recent trading I can only find 13,000,000 sold on the 19th.
Are "we" (not holding yet) expecting another holding RNS?
I guess "we" do.
The question remains: what happened to the other 16,000,000???
I am not buying yet has GMS touched 30p on Friday. I guess we should read this as a message.

Well that's some of them cleared.
I believe the largest holder had around 95M shares so could be some way to go if its them selling out.
