29/11/2024 04:56 | Zoom News@zoomnewskrd: 10h He also revealed plans for an agreement with the KRG and the Iraqi government to sell Kurdistan’s oil through the Iraqi State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO). Caggins stated that SOMO would oversee transactions at Turkey's Ceyhan port and emphasized that new agreements must involve the companies, the KRG, and the Iraqi government. He also mentioned that they are awaiting a draft from both governments to establish a clear plan for resuming Kurdistan’s oil exports. | highlander7
29/11/2024 04:32 | Its early days and Contracts take time to write. They also have BP expecting the pipeline opened by February and fully operational. Which will take weeks beforehand. You dont just start 100% full production with any pipeline never mind one that has allegedly had weld repairs and wells have to be brought on line slowly to prevent reservoir damage. | highlander7
28/11/2024 22:12 | Yea lots of regurgitated stuff out there 🤷🏻 | confused _gerbill

28/11/2024 21:57 | Exactly Gerbil! | mmt1
28/11/2024 21:56 | My apologies. Upon closer inspection it looks like a rebadged interview from mid November after they announced the intention to read at parliament. Apologies for the unwarranted pessimism. I still think the vote will pass through uneventfully. It's the bit after which I hope they're working furiously to sort out in background so things can motor after the parliament votes it through. | oilermam
28/11/2024 21:53 | Nothing on the official APIKUR X channel since 18th November 🤷🏻 | confused _gerbill
28/11/2024 21:44 | Anything posted on twitter is worth about as much as... lets face it Mr (Takeover) Alias here I am sure has 10 accounts on Twitter! | mmt1
28/11/2024 21:42 | If you look on x, there are statements from Apikur. Not saying much but by implication, no further forward and want it known. No draft contracts which would be fairly standard if you'd actually like to progress quickly imo. Agreed, vote will still take place next week as nothing to contradict the initial statements. | oilermam
28/11/2024 21:32 | Unless I missed something, I still haven't seen anything that the vote next week will definitely not take place... Nor have I seen any statements from apikur today... | mmt1
28/11/2024 21:18 | Habshan, the company will be providing an ops update in Dec and they will be updating us on the status of the 'buyback' programme or lack thereof apparently. Fairly disappointed with the statements coming from Apikur today. Seems like they haven't even been issued draft paperwork which makes me think this will have a bit further to run than I thought. | oilermam
28/11/2024 20:09 | Historically we get an Operational and Corporate update in the middle of December or a bit over two weeks from now. Hopefully it will include the usual production numbers realised prices and the status of PF-1 along with a briefing on the shenanigans surrounding the contract situation. Fingers crossed that by that time the amendment will have been passed and they'll be in the phase of negotiating with the Consultant over the costs of production. As Caggins said, "We can see light at the end of the tunnel". Although that phrase went straight over the heads of the two Rudaw TV hosts that were interviewing him. | habshan
