I did sell a few today to ease my position a bit but the remainder will await the outcomes as they emerge over time.

Almost six months of payments for what we have delivered are overdue and this is not right even if they are discussing a new basis for calculations. Despite your fundamentals we are not in the driving seat.

In philosophy a fact is what a true statement states and your facts did not take into account the wider picture which naturally I hope will be good for the company but until we know there is uncertainty and apprehension.

I don`t begrudge you your optimism but my stance comes from having been bitten many times and the interest paries are mostly in The Middle East.

Genel didn?t really offer specifics regarding late payments.Pretty blas? ..Expect payment to normalise .They also haven?t agreed to any new Kurdistan blend pricing structure..If they do they will announce it..

Fundamentals are more than the company in which I still hold shares but it is part of
a wider set of issues which have yet to be resolved and which if and when resolved may weaken the fundamentals as you perceive them.

Genel don't think the late payments are worth mentioning so I think we can say it's probably down to the "other" discussions currently going on,Oil Law,change in pricing etc etc and in GKPs case,FDP.
One thing for sure all Kurdy Oil Cos will get paid imo.

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – President Nechirvan Barzani on late Monday received a senior White House delegation in Erbil, following the officials visit to the Iraqi capital earlier.

The latest political developments in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq as well as maintaining “energy security” were discussed in the meeting between President Barzani and White House Coordinator for Middle East and North Africa Brett McGurk, according to a statement.

Bilateral relations between Erbil and Washington, the “latest political developments in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region”, as well as relations between the federal government and its regional counterpart were discussed, a statement from the Kurdish presidency read.

US envoys in both Erbil and Baghdad attended the meeting as well.

Another senior official, US Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs, Amos Hochstein, also attended the meeting. President Barzani and the senior diplomats discussed developing joint cooperation in all areas, including “in the field of energy and maintaining energy security,” the statement noted.

“President Nechirvan Barzani presented a detailed overview of the developments in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, including steps taken to resolve the pending issues,” the statement added.

Earlier Monday, McGurk met with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Shia’ Al-Sudani in Baghdad, where they discussed bilateral relations.
