Dec 21 cash 176m..Current cash 125m or so Debtors 85-90m to comePlus 3 months more 2022 production. 110-130m.Less capex , and burn, still well ahead of last year .......But takeover very obviously the go.

An Interim dividend was announced on 02/09/2021 for $50m, since then there have been five further dividend announcements up to and including the last one. Here are the amounts and dates:

Announced Amount
24/01/2022 $50m (Interim)
30/03/2022 $65m (Interim)
30/03/2022 $25m (Final)
25/05/2022 $50m (Special)
01/09/2022 $25m (Interim)

So on historical info., we should have a further dividend announcement early next year, however don't forget we have used $100m to pay off debt, Capex should also increase but on the flip side, so should payments (as we have seen today). So fingers crossed.

RNS - Shaikan Payment Update.

Gulf Keystone confirms that a gross payment of $64.8 million ($50.7 million net to GKP) has been received from the Kurdistan Regional Government ("KRG") for Shaikan crude oil sales during June 2022.

Then of course we have the Chinese carrying out Due Diligence on the Shaikan Reservoir. Analysing the results would have taken months , if not a year or more , if my experience on Kashagan is anything to go by.

UN envoy says Iraq could have invested missing billions in infrastructure

As a result of the financial scandal, Iraq's acting finance minister and current oil minister Ihsan Abdul Jabbar lost his job.

Jiyad in another tweet also said the accountability mechanism is compromised.

"So while this case may be resolved due to overwhelming public pressure and political interests it is only 0.5% of the total corruption in Iraq since 2003 so more work needed to fight the system behind the corruption."

Looking at this years payments, we are currently at 13 days past the latest payment date this year (4th Mar/Apr). I thought we had gone past the erratic payment dates of the past.

I know it will be declared any day now, just posting for information.
