DD tech on field required data logging without ESP distorting natural field pressure gradients.( Nobody would buy this without their own detailed field modelling).Company sudden cavalier attitude to cash+ new NEDsignal , the original agreement is pretty finalised , and closure by short form amalgamation nearby.

IMHO, GKP will be sold & then the HCL will rapidly follow for sure. It needs a first mover advantage from IOCs taking on GKP, to ramp up the pressure to legislate 🚂📈🏁🏆8077;💪✅;

I am of the opinion it surely must be this year with all the current world problems, the need for oil, pressure from America and Europe. Plus already the loss of revenue with the FDP being delayed for so long and the urgency to fast track an increase in BOPD to take advantage of prices too.
An amalgamation with the big boys also strengthens the KRG position agains the Baghdad shenanigans and boost the coffers to develop Kurdistan further.

I think whatever they are doing is agreed and very long in planning.The execution of sale is very simple and quick.It will only be when that short form amalgamation is announced we get to know.Wanda new NED imo is an appt that buyers would have agreed too, hence we must be very far down the line ,of having all the conditions of a private sales implementation agreement met.Precision on when announced, don't know.I would expect a sharp pull up or down in days before announced, as MNR will know , and it will be there last opportunity to profit further.
