I'd love to know why GKP is still in charge of the last on land elephant field ever discovered?

The company is giving away huge profits in divis rather than developing the field, but this can only go on for so long.

The KRG are obviously shareholders and are currently gaining from the divi's, otherwise what reason is there for GKP to still be hanging around?

The important part of that Murray departure report - is essentially that you need to negotiate a sale from a position of strength. Which is obviously what GKP has done.
Awash with cash - able to be self financing self financing to 95 K ....
So they have accepted an offer they cannot refuse .
BIGDOG states he BELIEVES the sale RNS will be 7:00 am tomorrow - that's very possible.
Its obviously near term as the appointment of the new Bermuda NED seals the fact - buyers would have approved her appointment, as she is their to oversee compliance of new amalgamated company post sale.
