If it was worth 100 a share why is it sitting at less than 3% of that? Sorry I just don't buy it.

I think £100 per share would be a reasonable deal spawny.

Any less will be a disappointment.

n Bermuda, the amalgamation of two or more companies, where the companies continue as one entity is a tried and tested concept. Bermuda law also recently allowed mergers. The main difference between a merger and an amalgamation is that an amalgamation involves the convergence of the two amalgamating companies and their continuance as a "new" amalgamated company, while a merger involves the merging of one company into another resulting in a vesting of assets and liabilities of the target acquisition company into the "surviving company"..The most common ways to acquire a private company are by:An amalgamation of an acquisition company with the target company..A merger of an acquisition company with the target company..GKP are being acquired via the process.Thus is why the Bermuda NED has landed......This is rather obvious.......

Vivid imaginations. After 2.5 years still lockdowns are going on, they are very real and very annoying. Testing centres are everywhere and it is now part of daily life to have a test. Look at Macau now, Casinos are shut and what the Western media neglect to explain because they don't know, is that the border between Zhuhai and Macau is closed and this is where 99% of people from the mainland can enter Macau. Until the border opens there is zero income for these super casinos. Also, note the recent runs on banks in Henan.

It's funny reading the absolute nonsense of some of these armchair conspiracy nutcases.

@Turvart,
I recall seeing a video from someone who clearly shouldn't have been there of people in China making one of these lockdown videos complete with the production team.
Unless of course it's all a double bluff..

What absolute conspiracy nonsense, the fact that 6 people voted this guys post up confirms how stupid some people are. I live in China and currently in a lockdown, about 80% of the foreigners have left China over the last 2 years because they are sick of it. A little bit of knowledge for some armchair experts, lol.

Turvart12 Jul '22 - 13:01 - 657743 of 657781

I for one don't believe China are going to have lockdowns or recently had them, one thing I know is they are cunning and saying this and getting their media to show it just to drop Comms when they will be loading up. This is the perfect time to buy mining
