A bullish engulfing pattern is a candlestick pattern that forms when a small black candlestick is followed the next day by a large white candlestick, the body of which completely overlaps or engulfs the body of the previous day's candlestick.

Whether it counts or whether it matters with this stock is the unknown. Have fun. :-)

SOLD BEFORE CHRISTMASBANG GONE A decade or so ago, in the biggest commercial legal case of the year , over which legal costs were over £ 50m, EXPERTS on either side, in a court room , placed a value of £2-4bn on the company - when there was no production infrastructure , no production and no revenue. Huge revenues now , a doubling of reserves since then , and the market cap is less than £ 1/2 a billion. The buyer(s) investment bankers have certainly done a job on suppressing the market share price pre trade sale.Bang Gone IMO.

as the 12.5k sell 10 mins later was done at a lower price than the 125k trade, which wouldn't make sense if the 125k was a sell. But hey this is GKP and not much makes sense!

You are correct Brian. I posted the below from the Genel RNS a few weeks ago.

but believe it or not i was shot down by the usual's on here who didn't think that statement actually meant anything.

I suspect MNR are moving to 3 month payment terms by stealth - August payment took 2 1/2 months so I think we will now not get September cash until end December. Sneaky.

A quick calculation shows next month‘s figures will be similar to Octobers.

Dec (Estimated): gross payment of $38.6 million ($30.1 million net to GKP).

Breakdown:
Oil sales (Sept) = gross $32.2 million ($25.1 million net)
Arrears = gross $6.4 million ($5.0 million net)
Arrears balance will be down $36.0 million net to GKP

Using December’s ratios and an average monthly oil price of $84, then I expect January’s amounts to be as follows.

Jan (Estimated): gross payment of $43.4 million ($33.9 million net to GKP).

Breakdown:
Oil sales (Oct) = gross $36.2 million ($28.3 million net)
Arrears = gross $7.2 million ($5.6 million net)
Arrears balance will be down $30.4 million net to GKP

Of course, the above does not take in to account any increase/decrease in output.

Government ("KRG"). The payment is comprised of gross $30.0 million ($23.5 million net) for Shaikan crude oil sales during August 2021 and gross $5.4 million ($4.2 million net) in relation to the arrears from the outstanding December 2019 to February 2020 invoices.

Why must production of been down? If you look at the charts Brent went as low as $65 in August which does have an impact on what we receive.
