Still not a solitary TR1.....All PDMRs exercised together and sold none.So far none used 1stv div to buy more.Nor any directors. I think they may have all been taken "INSIDE" pre DEALQuestion is will someone's try to upset that by going hostile?

Mac, several months ago, maybe even last year.

Shamaran paying a pittance for top quality oil?

That suggests my valuation of around $1pb for the real heavy oil here would be about correct.

That would value the company even with a decent premium around £1.50ps with cash and debt taken account of.

Then there's the important matter of how many barrels would disappear with another downgrade.

Working to the nearest 1p, not a lot IMO.

Close on 25th June was 190p.

Close last night was 184p.

Divi leading to Income gain was 8p.

Capital gain was -6p.

Total return is therefore 8p-6p=2p

What is more interesting, well to me and avid gap watchers is what happened to the one from June 11th?

Without rebasing for the divi it got closed, which is extremely unfair, the downward trend was given an 8p boost by the ex-div drop.

If however you rebased the the prior prices to reflect the % drop caused by the divi, then the price after the divi needs to get to 172.8p before the gap close even starts.

Charging a premium for even modest amounts. They're trying to hang on to as many as they can. Must be difficult to fill a big order on very low volume. And if some prat has already nicked 40k off you...!

Around $2.8 /boe for minority non operating stakeShaMaran has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of TEPKRI Sarsang A/S ("TEPKRI"), a subsidiary of TotalEnergies, which holds an 18% non-operated participating interest in the Sarsang PSC.  The Acquisition has an effective date of January 1, 2021.So it begins....sector consolidation And look at the effective date :)
