GKP announcing a special Dividend, just 3 mins after the KRG announce a new reduced payment schedule for back arrears that has not even been discussed with GKP or Genel or Shamaran etc etc...

Perella Weinberg are playing a blinder & steering GKP with a robust defence mechanism, propping up the share price & declaring dividend dates & cut offs, so that the key players cannot pick up stock on the cheap. And so that PIs can buy more for a very quick Double Dividend and further recapitalisation ;-)

Edit 28/5They have told you :Don't sell before you know what ALL the AGM Resolutions will be on June 18th :) Of course we find that out in the minimum NOTICE no later than May 28.....LATEST.... or literally any day prior.....

Yes I did smallUKdog & I commented in my post that it was a Perella Weinberg engineered defence tactic ;-)

Great work by Perella Weinberg employing a defence tactic in GKP on the back of the KRG news (is it engineered). There is now a double dividend & if share price falls (dirty tactics) all PIs reinvesting dividends will get even more free shares & become recapitalisated more quickly ;-)

Is anybody interested in the Company and that rather cunning response ???!!Lolololol apparently not! I will answer this question at 730 am tomorrow I hope between now and then, at least SOME sane holders here might provide their insights on it. X Nobody else realise the SIGNIFICANCE of the company's response this AM? XAgree with that Todd, been a huge effort to drive retail out.
