Fourth interim dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2020

The directors of Ground Rents Income Fund plc (the "Company") have declared a fourth interim PID dividend of 0.99 pence (net) per share for the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020, payable on 23 November 2020 to shareholders on the register on 30 October 2020.

The dividend level has not changed over the quarter and reflects the ground rent income generated by the portfolio. Although ground rent receipts are currently in line with the same period during 2019, future dividends will be reviewed in light of COVID-19 and any other impact on net income.
