NOTICE OF ANNUAL RESULTS

Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited, a leading pan-African real estate company focused on investing in and actively managing a diversified portfolio of assets underpinned by predominantly US$ and Euro denominated long-term leases with high quality multi-national tenants, will announce its full year results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2019 on Monday, 30 September 2019.

The Company will host a live webcast and conference call, from London, for all investors and analysts on the morning of Monday, 30 September 2019 at 11:30am Mauritius / 08:30am UK / 09:30am South Africa.
