RESTRUCTURING OF DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN GRIT

Shareholders are advised that Bronwyn Anne Corbett ("Ms BA Corbett"), the Chief Executive Officer of Grit, is in the process of restructuring her shareholding in Grit. Accordingly, Ms BA Corbett sold 600 000 Grit shares, representing 0.1958% of the total issued shares of Grit, of which she is the direct beneficial holder to her associate, Copapax Proprietary Limited ("Copapax"). Copapax is 100% held by The Corbett Family Trust of which Ms BA Corbett is the ultimate beneficiary.

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("JSE Listings Requirements"), the following information regarding the dealing in securities is disclosed:
