08/6/2020 13:47 | Four garages four prices for the same make of tyre etc. One garage 20 percent cheaper on price and free repairs. Where as the others didn't offer that free service. Ok, Mr Bloody Know It All?Clearly you ripping off a modern tyre with irons and damaging the rims is why you get leaks. Simples....Tullow looking good still, I think there will be some retraction soon. | zooman
08/6/2020 13:13 | Wow. Hadn't logged on since May 31st. 536 messages. Guess how many were 'off topic'. Getting a little out of hand lads. I scrolled a lot, and may have missed the odd good post. Interesting (to me) buying from Sage. I feel you're a bit late on L&G and housebuilders? L&G I accept I was too slow and won't buy now, housebuilders I think have run to high, a lot are not far off pre CV levels, that can't be right. I like the Polar financials and Travis P. I'm also tempted by Rose's SVE at some stage. I think Sage might be right that we have a short window of momentum until reality hits and results come out. One of my commercial tenants, well run, tell me they have lost 95% of their trade - wholesaler; that's tough. I think Rushi might be right to hold off on announcing his next support package, don't go too early, and we're going to need a bigger boat. Welcome Hari88, I hope you are right to get back in. any other good ideas for this trading window. I must admit I am still drawn to sell in May, June may be OK, but things will get bumpy in July and August. As someone said amongst the 536 posts, just goes to prove the market isn't forward looking. Seems it is when it suits the narrative, but isn't at the moment IMHO. Do we really think companies haven't been hit harder? OK, NPV of income when interest rates are 0% can begin to become infinite. Doesn't mean it is the right price at the end though. And OK, I get it, a wall of money is landing in stocks. Other People's money. I don't ever think that's been truer. GLA JPPP | jppp
08/6/2020 13:11 | Well done with tullow sage and zoo , | alangriffbang
08/6/2020 13:08 | Zoo he is multitasking between us and centamin , nobody is answering anything he says as usual ,ha ha ha ,lovely day ,I may go out again this afternoon , | alangriffbang
08/6/2020 12:47 | Gailles I can’t read your posts ,but as a valid GFM holder from this morning whereas you aren’t ,we’ve tried everything we can with rose , it’s just a complete waste of time ,he enjoys This and it’s been going on for years i have friend that used to post on here many moons ago was so upset with rose he chucked the towel in ,I speak to him often he still reads the posts and will tell me if anything is said about me ,although I don’t really need it ,twice through you we have agreed to stop this but rose will not so it’s him you have the argument with not us ,good luck to you , you will need it , | alangriffbang
08/6/2020 12:19 | Rose we tried that and you just carried on. That's the problem you just want to cause trouble, you get off on it not only here but on other BBs also that's why people won't engage with you. Can't you understand that?Maybe this is more deep rooted? You have lost a great deal of potential profit on GFM hence why you want to ruin the BB. All of your cutting remarks kind of makes sense. | zooman
08/6/2020 11:40 | I don't have "friends" in aetherland, The concept is ridiculous in and of itself. If someone decides they want to make me an enemy, that is their decision. It is an equally ridiculous posture to take up. | rose_by_another_name
08/6/2020 11:32 | Rose, if he stops would you? | gailes5
08/6/2020 11:22 | Plus500 is back up above what I paid when I bed-and-ISAed in April. Huge special divvy coming. | rose_by_another_name
08/6/2020 11:18 | Fixed. Took longer than it should have because I had to make a tool, but I didn't have to drive anywhere or pay someone else to do something I am perfectly capable of doing myself. ALL garages charge for puncture repair. Yours just does it invisibly when you pay for the tyres. And you think it's free. | rose_by_another_name
08/6/2020 11:17 | Rose, if you having been following the dialogue between Zoo and myself you will see he has offered to stop the unpleasantness if you agree to do likewise. As I am sure it would create a much improved board I hope you will agree. If you don’t I give up and will retire to my tent. | gailes5
08/6/2020 10:58 | You are paying for all that, and don't even know it. But that is not the point for me. | rose_by_another_name
08/6/2020 10:46 | Rose, of course you did. Now go fix your tyre. Interestingly where I buy my tyres from they not only give me a good price but fix any punctures and rebalance free of charge on tyres I've had fitted. Just going to see if your lover has made any more gaffs. | zooman
08/6/2020 10:18 | Gailes how about talking to Rose rather than suggesting I sort it out. As I've said he had attacked every iii poster. But you seem to forget that for some reason. I take it you use an M18 grenades given you like a bit of smoke? But in all seriousness? Rose is the one you need to ask to stop attacking people, if he does that I shall stop pushing his buttons. But he won't because that is why he is here just to cause trouble as he does on other sites. Good luck.Zoo | zooman
08/6/2020 10:08 | Zooperson- I posted about my Premier trades in response to your feigned thick-headedness. You have been attacking me for selling too early and claiming it was for tax reasons, so I added detail. Not for you, but for others who you were trying to mislead. You can't credibly claim I am boasting about trades that you are mocking me for. Any rise in GGP feeds directly into asset value at SVE, but SVE is still the best buy to get exposure to both GGP and AAU, plus others. I particularly like the fact that the SVE share price lags GGP, so you can use GGP as a buy indicator. Alan says he has bought Griffin, not a whole lot, so maybe the curse of alan will hold off this time. | rose_by_another_name
08/6/2020 09:40 | Alan thank you. GGP trading now at 12.3 Enjoy your walk.Zoo | zooman
08/6/2020 09:38 | zoo,it doesn’t read to bad still a lot more to be said though ,at least it is up ,the market is gradually improving but I don’t think Wall Street will be up today ,hope tullow comes good for you today ,keep safe , | alangriffbang
08/6/2020 09:30 | Zoo, firstly I never said and never have put you on ignore. Your reply to me seems to confirm what I suspected, I was wasting my time but you can’t shoot the pianist for trying. You are not on ignore because I get a sort of perverse pleasure in reading your charming and erudite posts. Try reading them over before you hit send, it might help. | gailes5
08/6/2020 09:28 | morning ARP, hope your ok ,I’m particularly pleased with drx it’s still going up and LGEN is good also ,apologies about our troll rose if he had a brain he would be dangerous ,ha ha ,glad you had a good weekend ,going for a walk now along the prom keep safe , | alangriffbang
08/6/2020 09:22 | That's a surprise RNS on GGP.Zoo | zooman
08/6/2020 09:21 | ARP, I like it. :-). Tullow is going well Brent lifting well but its the short's that are holding it back along with the debt. Ist July there should be an update.Zoo | zooman |
