18/3/2005 13:34 | I am considering buying some more of these at this price. Naturally the old enemy of 'fear' creeps in here. It looks and smells like the bargain of the century so why the lack of interest? Could it ba that small investors rely exclusively on charts? Andy | andysand
17/3/2005 19:03 | It looks a bit like a (fairly large) rollover type trade to me, which wouldn't affect the price. Ade | miss chief
17/3/2005 18:47 | Some staggering trades today. I'm unsure why the price hasn't reflected 2.3 million shares bought! Time will tell, Andy | andysand

09/3/2005 12:40 | When the shares are twice the present value, everyone will be buying in a frenzy! Yet nobody ever wants to buy when they are cheap:) No wonder most people lose their money, they rely only on technical analysis....a proven system to help you buy near the top and sell near the bottom!! Oh well, I will await the arrival of the masses in April:) Andy | andysand

09/3/2005 12:01 | In actual fact, I am relying a little on Stephen Dean 'doing his thing'. He has a lot of shares which sooner or later he will want to sell. For that, the share price needs to be a lot higher.... Andy | andysand
09/3/2005 11:49 | Yes, I know. Stephen Dean. However, I think the figures look too good to miss. Andy | andysand

09/3/2005 11:03 | Good day gentleman. Griffin group grew EPS by 177% last year. It is two main parts...the UK and the US division. They are a corporate finance group. The company info is below. Results are due in April and I am expecting fireworks. It is un-noticed as yet and there are no forcasts available. I suspect its propective p/e is no more than 2, therefore a 400% gain is very likely. The firm is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). The firm is a subsidiary of Griffin Group plc, a UK based holding company. Griffin Group's other wholly owned subsidiary is Griffin Securities (UK) Ltd, a UK based financial services firm regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The firm is involved in the following business activities: investments in public companies; private placements of securities for public companies; broker retailing of corporate securities on a principal or agency basis; broker retailing of corporate debt securities on a principal or agency basis; mutual fund retailer on a fully disclosed basis; U.S. government securities broker; broker selling tax shelters or limited partnerships in primary distributions; brokering transactions in listed securities by exchange member on a principal or agency basis; solicitor of time deposits in a financial institution; and broker selling interests in mortgages or other receivables." | andysand
