17/5/2018 07:59 | Gresham appoints new regional director of sales for Asia Pacific 17 May 2018 London – 17th May 2018 - Gresham Technologies plc, the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time data integrity and control solutions, today announced the appointment of Khee Joo Tan (KJ) to the company as director of sales for the AP region. KJ will lead business development, direct sales and partnerships to expand Gresham’s Clareti platform client base, which already includes major banks and asset managers. KJ has over 25 years experience, most recently as Senior VP for Smartstream, where he ran sales and partnerships for APAC. He will join an already strong, regional Gresham team based in Singapore, Kuala Lumpa, Sydney and Melbourne. Having recently been recognised by the prestigious Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade, this appointment further demonstrates Gresham’s commitment to the AP market. Bill Blythe, Global Business Development Director of Gresham: “The opportunity for Gresham in AP is enormous and KJ joins us at a key time in the company’s regional expansion. His deep industry knowledge within financial markets will help us accelerate our growth and build on our fantastic client reputation.” KJ commented: “Data Integrity is now a top issue at board level. Disruptive developments in the sector, such as the ASEAN Banking Integration Framework, and increasingly demanding regulations mean that firms need more innovative technology to evidence control of their data. I am excited to join the Gresham team, the Clareti platform is the most advanced technology in its field and already proven at the highest level”. KJ previously held roles at Smartstream, Tibco, TCS and FRS Global and holds degrees and post graduate honors from the University of Auckland, the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney. -ends- | double double

11/5/2018 11:23 | I decided that the future looks rosy enough to buy more at the advertised buy price of 188p. However, Selftrade have not been able, in the last 90minutes, to complete the transaction. Does this mean simply that no one is prepared to sell? | jadeticl3
11/5/2018 09:17 | A huge welcome to Frank Glock, who joins us from Charles River as EMEA Sales Director, and to Paul Baker, who joins us as Head of Strategic Accounts EMEA, following time at Duco & FIS. Great to have you both onboard at this very exciting time for Gresham! Please do your own research. | qantas
11/5/2018 08:47 | richjp - thanks for the report on AGM, things seem to be going pretty well. | valhamos
11/5/2018 08:33 | I would say the Charles River guy is a very good signing. If we can come any close to the likes of those systems we are probably dare i say it many multibagger from here. | double double

10/5/2018 19:42 | I was at the AGM today as one of three PIs that attended, all of us a bit long in the tooth. Before the meeting started I mentioned that the share price had just dropped. There were a couple of looks of mild surprise then one of the directors said that that is what can happen when you are a small cap company, which is something I have been saying for a while. I do not think there is any reason for concern, frustrating though it is. As I went to the recent investor presentation, I did not really expect to learn anything new, but different people attend the AGMs and they can come up with different questions. One thing Ian M did say was that he did not think there should be an over focus on the actual number of new Claretti customers because they are looking to develop additional business from the major accounts who are already users. Some of those users have enormous IT budgets and additional usage from any one of those accounts can generate as much revenue from a one off smaller signing. There is not much more I can add other than they seem to have a very clear idea of where there focus should be and want they need to do to achieve their objectives. I was pleased to see that in today’s announcement they have committed to giving an update in July. Although they gave an update last year I don’t think they announced it in advance and we just had to wait and see. | richjp
10/5/2018 13:23 | I should add that it is of course possible to resolve to the downside though the probability atm is it will break out upwards | davr0s
10/5/2018 13:07 | Shares in constructive consolidation or basing - perfectly normal imo. When this resolves it will move and the bigger the consolidation the bigger the move tends to be. In the meantime it's just noise as far as I'm concerned | davr0s
10/5/2018 12:37 | But that means the share price is still in the doldrums despite management confidence and the numbers being on track. | gottafly
10/5/2018 11:16 | Back to where we were.... Yesterday morning. No drama | davr0s

10/5/2018 07:25 | Actually last year it was 5 Clareti in the whole 6 months to June so still 2 months to go already at 5 so looks like well ahead of prior year. Last year they had 3 other non Clareti at half year but its Clareti that's mentioned here so Ed don't know about anything else. | amt
10/5/2018 07:15 | A bit disappointing with 5 client wins I am sure this time last year they were higher. But we will get another update in a matter of about 8 weeks. | double double
09/5/2018 08:26 | Great win from a new client top bank. | amt |
