Director/PDMR Shareholding

Gresham House announces that options granted on 2 April 2019 pursuant to the 2018 Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE") have now vested at the SAYE option price of 372.8 pence per ordinary share. Mr Rupert Robinson, a PDMR of the Company, has exercised his SAYE options to purchase 4,828 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The 4,828 Ordinary Shares will be transferred by the Gresham House plc Employee Benefit Trust to Mr Robinson. The resultant shareholding is listed below.
