The Company was notified on 05 June 2019 that Mr Anthony Dalwood, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 281 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 567 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 May 2019. The purchase of Ordinary Shares by Mr Dalwood was made pursuant to an existing automated dividend reinvestment plan.

Following the above transactions, Mr Dalwood and his persons closely associated have increased their shareholding from 340,808 to 341,089 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.28 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
