Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of GBP0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 3 June 2019.

Roger Whiteside acquired 148 Shares pursuant options granted under the Greggs 2016 Save a You Earn Scheme.
