Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of GBP0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 18 June 2018.

Richard Hutton acquired 215 Shares pursuant options granted under the Greggs 2015 Save a You Earn Scheme.
