09/5/2018 07:32 | This is a current theme. A lot of good companies are struggling to give any growth and many of them are trading with multiples over 20x earnings. Becoming more and more difficult to find decent growth stocks. | rock star

04/3/2018 20:57 | Greggs 28 Feb Canaccord tp 1340p up from 1320p 28 Feb Barclays... 1,405.00 Equal weight 27 Feb Shore Capital Hold Analysts at Barclays said the fast-food group had served up a strong top-line performance with a vertically integrated business model helps the company provide a value for money offer, but cost headwinds "are challenging" and although food price inflation should moderate to 3-4% in 2018, wage inflation is expected to accelerate to 3.6% this year from 3.1% last year. Barclays expects only flat EBIT margins this year, retains its 'equal weight' rating and 1,405p price target. | philanderer

01/3/2018 10:00 | Have you read the results?, How may Q's of consecutive l4l growth have we seen?, I've lost count. This business has been run exceptionally well imv. The only(possible) cautious case I could make is on valuation, it's certainly not on their product offerings. | essentialinvestor
28/2/2018 16:56 | Wishful thinking I'm afraid Mach. This is just not a good investment. | barius
28/2/2018 12:02 | Barius, you could probably say the same about McGrease and Murder King. Diversifying the offer no matter how unpalatable to their core customers will give the company some buffers against the economic fortunes of their core customers' socio-demographic group. Not sure on the margin but these healthy alternatives can command higher prices which importantly customers are willing to pay. As I suspected the company is clawing back some of the drop today. The sell-off is overdone and just like their rolls are good value at this level. | mach100 |
