Well the fall has arrived but some of it is hard to disaggregate from an overall soggy market. There must be some sell advice around in the wake of the results but looks a hold sub 1200p to me.

Tbf Barius the company always talks about consumer disposable income and continuing economic uncertainty in their reports. Underpromise and over deliver. I think the market may not like slowing LFL sales but Greggs is quite innovative. They are opening a shop at westminst Tube next week which ould be quite a good captive audience if a roll-out is usccessful. I don;t share your expectation of a much further fall and though they may fall a bit more tomorrow I am pretty sure we will see some buyers coming in.

Very poor results with the dreaded "challenging" word used. Expect these to fall a lot further.

I think brickty is one sandwich short of a picnic. Not bad results and very cash generative but some headwinds and LFL sales slowing. A mixed bag but still worth tucking iinto on weakness. Nice 4.2% rise in the progressive divi means holders should continue to get their just desserts.

Excellent update today and 17 quarters of growing LFL is not to be sneezed at. Plenty to go for with Food-on-the-go and with a lot of investment in the supply chain the hope is that it will all feed through to the bottom line. The market has digested the results and seems to like them but I reckon today's rise doesn;t mean Greggs is fully valued. This has been sold down from 1400p possibly on fears that the growth story cannot be maintained. Today's update suggest otherwise.

Old news lucicavi and hardly generated a ripple. If anything it probably generated a bit of footfall for the company by putting it in the public eye.
