Groc. Funding sorted for the feasibility study sorted.
Because of this... defining a graphite province that could well be of global significance.
Also, with critical global demand for new supplies of graphite, this is an opportune time to be developing a project of amitsoq quality and potential magnitude. The other active part of three is thule sands. This sits next door to dunbas which is thule sands. Theirs is a ilminite world class project.

You didn't read the Finnaust reports on why they dropped it and the standing water issue....

Finnaust had Royal IHC onboard who supplied plant and dredging for offshore. Rio Tinto signed up because they were already advanced at that stage.

You've drilled this asset countless times it means nothing, it's a cast off because bit was unfeasible and had real issues.

You may talk rubbish till the cows come home but you certainly can't understand why no one has ever paid a single bit of interest to it ever.

And there is the reason your drilling it again. . Laughable you have zero mining or exploration skills let alone did the required research buy you lost big so guess you get what you deserve.....!?

The next door neighbours. Bluejay.thiswritten. ilminite.
Commercial value.
Strong possibility of a large and long life operation with obvious expansion potential.
Groc are just about to announce their 249 hole drill results.for thule sands. Everyone is salivating over amitsoq graphite. Another world class project. Clogau is now a side show. Another plus. Greenroc look to be the only graphite miner in Greenland. Ye ha..

Jay gave up the liscence because of a few things -

The standing water of which there was too much to mine on and around.

The cliffs making access to shipping hard.

The waterway splitting the two sites.

Offshore didn't have the grades or feasibility!?

It just wasn't feasible and the best grades were in Jays liscence anyway. I'm sure Alba has mentioned the part in the Finnaust report where they state why they dropped it and why it was completely un feasible.

Simple research most could do?!

This just in greenroc ilminite licence in Greenland is 6k away from bluejays flagship ilminite project. I have been mentioning that bluejay is a blueprint for groc. Visit bluejaymining and see the piles of ilminite that have already been mined from the beach. Both licences are near the thule airforce base. Not many complaints in that direction. Research would have shown the potential.

Amitsoq Graphite Project ("Amitsoq")
Thule Black Sands Ilmenite Project ("Thule Black Sands" or "TBS")

Melville Bay Iron Project ("Melville Bay")

Inglefield Multi-Element Project ("Inglefield")

Graphite and titanium focus which are both designated as critical minerals by the EU and the USA

Happy Alba minerals have over 50% of this of company, great that we've also got the gold mines in Wales also, not long infact soon we will have fast positive movement, the share price will rise to new heights, thus rewarding its fellow investors.

Get over yourself, you went to a conference now claim big companies are looking for partnership...... Lolol. Think the video clearly says your not morons, name these so called partners and meetings!?

This is why everyone sold out and the share price crashed, because you talk such rubbish and nothing comes from it. Been fast tracking every asset for over a decade yet that was lies since none are at the stage they would be had they been fast tracked.

Clearly your struggling with NRW and permits, no time frames, having to work hard at it.... This all says there have been issues and NRW have clear timeframes unlike what rubbish Alba groan on about. It's because timeframes are so long GF has to try and explain but the reality is they are so long because there are issues or the permits would have been approved for consultation well before now.

Look at the amount of scientific work that needed to be done, desk studies, baseline studies, scientific proof..... You needed to employ companies and experts for that which you didn't so clear your number one failing.

But who even cares, another video, another load of rubbish, everyone just sold out more from Alba and Groc so it's had no effect and after years people wanted results not more badly made up excuses as per usual.

Even worse and as I've pointed out near on 90 percent of the mine is inaccessible as per their diagram, no wonder the only area was llechfraith and why massive news lies of billions in gold made up about this tiny segment...... It's the only area your able to get into hence why you need to dewater instead of looking at another target..... There's no other area for you just this small segment which GF made up lies over.

These reports just make everything even worse and prove that again the permits have failed!?

Vox.market.report. clogau delays in detail. A good explanation of the current and past details. No commitment to time scales. AMITSOQ GRAPHITE. The star turn. Potential American partner. Also highlighted that it could be the nearest source for europe and america. Graphite update in january. More graphite to be added. It's still not fully explored.!ilminite results still not released, amitsoq grabbing the headlines.its a world class project with America sat on the sidelines.

the mine, they can't find a single bit of gold let alone anything visible to photograph for proof. Obviously there's very little gold because with countless old lodes and a few miles of tunnels that's embarrassing after six years to find absolutely nothing. This and the wash plant failure a great reason most sold out and the share price dropped from 0.6 to 0.1 around an %80 loss over the short time.

Then we move onto permits. Over two years ago they tried to submit a dewatering temporary small insignificant permit to dewater the flooded llechfraith levels. Llechfraith being the old Clogau West Mine' which was a failure no gold ever found or usable ore. NRW swiftly refused them, soooo years later they finally submit a new one but it dosent pass pre approval and subsequent uploading to the NRW Public register so it can undergo the four month consultation period where the Council, NRW, Sarn and others can voice their opinions as well as the general public hence it being on the public register should anyone feel like objecting.

'Here is the NRW public register -

hxxps://publicregister.naturalresources.wales/

Type in GMOW and apply search by date to see that it's not there and the last one over a year ago since failure'

So GF being told it had failed and not even made it to the register had to employ Vivien Johnston Glass for a £100k to try and petition NRW some sustainable source rubbish in effort to save GF and Alba from a second failure and complete embarrassment. Either way clear issues it seems it won't ever be approved even if they can get it to consultation.

Next their financial situation, in November they had to slash the share price to desperately get more cash from a last ditch financing. After wages, admin, Vivien Johnston Glass fees and such it now looks like none of this was for development just to keep things ticking over and stave of bankruptcy. This won't last long, I'd guess either January or February they will have to seek more probably slashing the share price again to a much lower level pretty much making it worthless.

Six years, no gold, no development, all they have done is a couple of drills, a few samples and a few ladders!? Very poor, this could have been done in a month so why did they need six years. Probably because GF pays himself as CEO over £200k a year plus bonus plus Consulting fees.

Those Consulting fees he pays to a company that only has two staff - Him and his wife, that's strange verging on a scam.... He pays himself to consult on his company!? No CEO should do that and infact he is the CEO his own Consulting should be free. But that's why Elizabeth Henson was employed, he needs her to skim the cash off the books into his other accounts so he can pay himself massive amounts without shareholder realising and without the fraud squad saying that's technically wrong!?

Not good in any way, a handful of investors couldn't handle the large loss and keep ramping the company but the facts point to a full failure very soon, worthless share price and bankruptcy as all avenues for cash have dried up and there's no sentiment or market interest anymore.

A strong sell, I'd suggest getting out whilst you can, there's going to be no gold, in fact they never intended to find gold just do constant cheap exploration for ever whilst paying huge wages. If we take what they spent on exploring and development it's a fraction of what they spent on wages let alone admin and listing in AiM..... They blow £800k a year doing nothing!?
