Proof today in the annual report they didn't raise £5 million and as of November 2021 can only show £3.2million which by now is probably £2.5 million. A massive wage and bonus bill paid in the first couple months which by now is also a lot larger.

Also they never paid Alba much cash only shares so Alba got well and truly shafted.

You rampers just got proved you are lying scum and Greenroc just the latest of GFs lifestyle scams!?

Their newest presentation today just repeats a 12 year rhetoric. No more than repeating big words and intentions hoping to wow you on non existent progress. Where is any real interest?! Bluejay had to spend £5 million in a year or so for interest from Finnaust and Royal IHC subsequently joined by a major Rip Tinto. Greenroc are doing nothing, more drills, pointless ESIA subjection, saying they will try and apply for a liscence in years to come.

They need tens of millions, backing, partnership, test plants, trial runs, a dock and pier. An endless list they don't address and due to these failures and failure of any market interest it's a poor show which will harbour no growth.

As with Alba we see the same model, we could almost call it the Alba model since they run it year after year up and down till all cash and ways to fundraise go soon followed by their assets. Ramp big, promise everything, deliver nothing but a few drills and minor pointless studies.

This is why Alba hemorrhaged these asset's into Greenroc in the first place.... they ran out of cash, couldn't afford another year of Greenland government required spending commitment!? Years they had run these up but doing nothing, that's why they are still unwanted tumbleweed assets.

This new spin is simply the old spin, twelve years old no less!? Any companies share price would fly if they were serious, did all studies and bathymetry etc etc in a year then look to be bought out or partnered.

So this isn't going anywhere, their next year's development isn't much and not exciting. It won't achieve results and the share price and their meager cash reserves dwindle out.

First point is brokers don't give out details of how many shares are sold, imagine if I called the brokers everyday it would take their edge of the IPO lolol Don't talk rubbish.

Bless. You don't know whether I'm small or big! I don't particularly care whether it was all sold or not at IPO. I did call the broker and they did explain the dynamics of the raise. I know price ranges and trading and I'm doing ok and will do ok investing and trading in GROC. I'm certainly no fool to this market. I wish you good luck and hope you actually trade and make a profitable return as you seem to care so much

Funny how only one investor was listed on admission!? He bought in for a million. But you seem to think it was oversubscribed and IPO fully sold.....

So Mr genius where are the other investors, why is it so quiet here, how come no one other company or interested party bought in pre IPO since you say this was so popular to completely sell out!?

Sorry one last question before you move on -

* You say this is a maiden Jorc reserve yet Jorc requires the market accept the value of what could be mined. The big problem is the market doesn't and only values you at the cost of the license. You offer no peer review and fall so short of the code it seems unacceptable to even use the words Jorc and reserve when you know full well the market gives the asset a total value of less than a million. How do you explain your bad rampings, use of Jorc code and the markets reply basically calling you a scam!?

And then that tithead Bob saying it had now sold.... Ummm no it hasn't it's actually had way more sells than buys since it's release and no sells caused this rise so it was just MMS playing their games to make money.

Greenroc is a failure, it was purelies they raised any cash and the small amount they got went back to Alba and subsequent massive wage packets for GF.

Literally if you had £5 million you would have rented survey ships, been trying to attract bigger companies, got deals from processing pilot plant suppliers not just waiting another year to do more pointless drills.
