Not trying to be bearish (not that anything posted here would affect a company of this size), but you can see why speculators might have a go at GNC currently

Support at 217ish broken
Company is high sales, low margin business in midst of integrating new overseas acquisition.
Company Working Capital (Current Assets/Current Liabilities) is negative to the tune of £150m

I had this flagged up as a possible buy, but looking at SETS, the AT traders are still trying to push this lower.

Hopefully it will stabilize over the next week and medium term investors will come back

This might sound a bit trite but share price going down as its under distribution ie big players are selling for whatever reason. Just look at the increased volume as its been going down

Tyson has a market cap of $22Bn
Greencore approx $2Bn

They already have strong ties.

Tyson could easily buy out Greencore at these prices.
Makes sense for both.

The fall in share price defies all logic today. If a company says no reason for fall and no change in profits guidance price should and usually does rise!

Blatant manipulation again by short sellers and FCA turns a blind eye again.
