Greencoat Renewables PLC - Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dublin, London, 20 March 2020 | Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat Renewables" or the "Company"), announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Davy House, 49 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Ireland at 2.00 p.m. on 29 April 2020.

Greencoat Renewables considers the well-being of shareholders and other AGM attendees as a priority and we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Based on latest available guidance from the Irish Health Services Executive ("HSE"), we expect the AGM to proceed on 29 April 2020. However, we fully understand if shareholders decide not to attend the AGM in order to minimise the personal risk to themselves and others, and alternatively choose to vote remotely by granting a proxy to the Chairman of the meeting. If shareholders are unable to attend the meeting and have questions they would like posed at the AGM, they can be submitted by email to: [e-mail] .

While Greencoat Renewables will continue to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we strongly encourage all shareholders to submit proxy forms to ensure their vote is registered, in the event that they choose not to attend the AGM.

Any relevant updates regarding the AGM will be available on https://www.greencoat-renewables.com/investors and the Company will announce any changes to the location of the event or its postponement if required.

Shareholders are also encouraged to keep up-to-date with, and follow, the HSE/WHO guidance as circumstances may change at short notice.
