19/5/2020 16:57 | There is a huge difference between 416k raised and £122k bought.Even allowing for double tax (uk and Australia) still way more than needed, and with consideration of his salary.........I know we owe what we have to him and CB but it's not the time to cash in.... | telbap
19/5/2020 16:49 | We're those options about to expire? | telbap
19/5/2020 16:17 | Well space , it looks now, but they were issued/awarded way, way back in 2017. That was before Newmont fiasco and 12 months before they hit a `jackpot` with Havieron. SP at the time was about 0.60p, yes, bit more than half of penny:-) | pr0t0n
19/5/2020 15:27 | An obscene exercise price - daylight robbery | spaceparallax

19/5/2020 11:38 | GH certainly got some skin in the game.... Following the option exercise and sale of shares, Gervaise Heddle has an increased holding of 68,750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.9% of the issued share capital of the Company. Additionally, he has 46,000,000 share options at various strike prices. | wisteria2

19/5/2020 06:07 | @pr0t0n Along similar lines, something that many GGP investors have either forgotten, or don't even know, is that, under the purchase agreement between Pacific Trends Resources and Greatland Pty Ltd./Greatland Gold PLC back in 2016, in the event that Havieron is the subject of a completed bankable feasibility study and Greatland Gold makes a decision to mine, Greatland Gold PLC must issue an additional 145,530,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Greatland Gold PLC to Pacific Trends Resources. Taking a current GGP share price of 9p, those 145,530,000 shares would equate to £13,097,700. A not insignificant amount, and one which would certainly be on the low side as an sp, at only 9p, if and when such a decision is finally made. | timberwolf
18/5/2020 20:17 | Pr0t0n. Indeed they have looked after themselves wrt shareholdings. So all the more likely they will want squeeze as much out of the share price as possible, until they feel sufficiently rich to dump everything, by way of t/o, or individual asset sales, followed by dividend handouts....or, if the share price goes wild, individual sales... Of course, nothing happens overnight. So some meditation in the meantime! | 1gandhi
