08/3/2020 20:12 | Tel & Zoo, It`s Newcrest effect so to speak, JV with the world`s 3rd biggest miner, we are in the safe hands :-). Of course, we can not dismiss the uncertainties but this JV - and hopefully another one across of GGP`s portfolio will get us through regardless of the market conditions, | pr0t0n
08/3/2020 19:57 | T. I hope you are right GGP is a good story.Zoo | zooman
08/3/2020 19:42 | I doubt we will get dragged down by market sentiment. Lots of news flow in the next few weeks so likely we will be headed back above 5p.However, there are pretty unchartered waters, wtfk what happens next? | telbap
08/3/2020 13:30 | TW, I've not heard much about Australia regarding the virus also we are drilling as against mining so not too many people involved. Given its location we may be less hit he says with fingers crossed.Zoo | zooman
08/3/2020 12:54 | Well, the next 5 days should be interesting on the markets, in general. As posted before, I'm expecting a fall to levels of, at least 20% down from the recent peaks in the main western markets next week (my start to buy back phase, pretty much as it was back in 2008/09). With news over the past few days I may well even delay any buy back to 25%+ decline now, or maybe just reduce my 20% decline buy back level a bit. Who knows now with GGP? I think we're now in to pretty much unchartered territory, with regards the gold price, versus 'gold exploration/diggers' equity pricing, in a global virus situation. In comparison to the main markets, IMHO, it'll still hold up fairly well, for now at least.....Just my personal view! DYOR :-) | timberwolf
07/3/2020 18:01 | So he's another loon then? Plentiful supply of them on any of the other 6 threads here. @paddygall1 put out another good tweet earlier today.2020 will be GGP's year. | telbap
07/3/2020 13:30 | aidenabettin - refiltered. I had unfiltered him as I no longer frequent the BIDS thread he so abundantly supplies with throw-away loony comments & speculation. Timberwolf & other serious/adult posters need not take any notice of the puerile ignoremus. | napoleon 14th
07/3/2020 13:26 | Advfn don’t seem to have done anything ,they keep sending me e mails to spend money on products ,well all the time this is going on I certainly won’t be , | alangriffbang
07/3/2020 13:01 | What's the point in them doing it? no-one bothers looking or has out them on ignore. Zoo | zooman
07/3/2020 11:52 | It must be an algorithm, no human could be that lacking in outside life. | telbap
07/3/2020 10:11 | Yep the lions were working overtime last night. If you already don't, you should all check out @paddygall1 on twitter, really interesting posts | telbap
07/3/2020 09:05 | This is just to keep a sensible thread high up | jimmywheels
06/3/2020 17:03 | Is the corona virus figures or ggp share price you guys talking of doubling next week? | roks
06/3/2020 15:45 | Indeed! Based on current figures I'd expect at least double that at some point next week. | timberwolf
06/3/2020 15:04 | T. It doesn't help that the UK is now up to 163. One thing that's for sure it will be a lot higher on Monday.Zoo | zooman
06/3/2020 15:04 | I think they use the small trades to clear the big ones off the screen page. | p@
06/3/2020 14:57 | 1.7m buy at 5.1 | p@
06/3/2020 14:54 | It's close to that 20% TW so I've got my socks off! | zedder
06/3/2020 14:53 | With the main western markets now further down today (a classic dead cat bounce earlier this week on the Dow, as I thought!), to around 12-15% from recent peaks, it'll be difficult to see blue, even in the likes of GGP. Nonetheless, it's still held up very well, which says a lot! :-) IMHO we'll surely see general market volatility continuing for some considerable time, and next week won't be any different, for sure. I'm expecting the main markets to decline to 20%, or over, from recent peaks, at some point in the next 7-10 days, at which time, as I mentioned earlier, I'm starting to dip my toes back in again, in a measured way, in general stock investments. As for GGP, would GH be in any rush to declare the Scally drill programme right now? I don't know! Maybe it'd be better to get it out now, rather than later, when the markets could be down much further, or just wait a bit? Does the general market situation have any real bearing, or influence, on such news releases? Who know's?! That all said, and market volatility aside, nothing has changed on the medium/long term GGP potential, whatsoever, and I have no wish to do anything but hold, long term! :-) Good luck and DYOR. :-) | timberwolf
06/3/2020 14:52 | M. You're clearly just some old duffer with ideas of grandeur with about a grands worth of shares. Get your head out of your backside you pompous ill informed idiot.I see the share price is back up around the open!Zoo | zooman
06/3/2020 14:11 | T, its just a debate on one own views nothing more nothing less. Whilst we wait.Zoo | zooman
06/3/2020 14:03 | Zoo and MP......come on guys, happy Friday etc, at least it's discussion and not the total tripe posted constantly on the other thread. Bottom line is we are all invested for a better future and with the hope it gets to Bentley prices ;-)) | telbap |
