Exercise of Share Options
Great Western Mining Corporation PLC, the AIM (AIM: GWMO) and ESM (ESM: 8GW) quoted mineral exploration company, announces that it has received notices from the Directors to exercise share options (the "Share Options") over a total of 8,000,000 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.50 pence per ordinary share ("Ordinary Shares") raising GBP40,000 for the Company. Details of the individual notices are set out below:

Following the exercise of the Share Options and the issue by the Company of the underlying stock the beneficial interests of the Directors will be as follows:

Application will be made to The London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM, with admission expected to occur on or around 30 July 2018.The new ordinary shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares and pursuant to the issue of the 77,000,000 Ordinary Shares as a result of the placing announced by the Company 03 July 2018, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 677,673,809. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
