This is a positive RNS as it's a director dipping his hands into his pocket, albeit getting shares at a decent price.

Expecting the vote to be heavily in favour of resolutions.

Not expecting much from the pouring results for dore bar. That's ok as it was simply an exercise to show they can do this.

What would be great to see:

1. rns with final decision and action for plant on site so that we can produce gold & silver
2. increase in gold & silver prices - think by June this year we will see another peak.
3. increase in copper prices.

Then, we will have an attractive business with lots of potential to either develop ourselves or jv or be bought out.

Todays Warrants RNS, does look like Max Williams has exercised his 0.16p warrants. he can then use these votes to vote YES so i don't think we have our usual warrant churn with this one. So a positive RNS this one and £50k into our accounts. i still think we are seeing an overhang of the 0.2p warrantes being drip fed into the market which have yet to be declared

The letter is asking you to contact you nominee (Halifax sharedealing in my case) and ask them to vote on your behalf.Vote yes to all resolutions.It can be done over the phone with all brokers.Don't delay.
