10/4/2006 09:04 | Another RNS in Australia today where the share price went up 9%!! | sam miller
08/4/2006 11:37 | rubstone, I left you a question re "stong water" on the FDI thread. I saw the Minesite presentation of GRN, and met the guy afterwards, and had I had some spare funds at the time, I would probably have made an initial investment. Since then the price has halved, and I am now going to follow the stock more closely becase it may prove to be a good entry point. I know a student form the DRC, and he assures me that the area where GRN are is well away form the normal areas of conflict within that country, and the government "look after" the diamond areas. | andy

25/2/2006 14:24 | I have decided to stop posting on bullentin boards. I think perhaps there could be some question about the morality of me running a site for investors, and at the same time posting on boards for investors. The last thing i want to do is give anyone the impression that I am ramping or deramping any stock simply by my appearence and/or comments on any one stock. I wish you all the best in the future. I have also asked ADVFN to convert all of my PBB's to read only. Apologies for the inconveinence. Regards, Ianwc www.proactiveinvesto | ianwc

16/1/2006 10:36 | LONDON (AFX) - Gravity Diamonds Ltd said it has raised 5.5 mln aud under its 1 for 4 non-renounceable pro rata rights issue. Had all shareholders taken up their full entitlement, 12.6 mln aud would have been raised through the issue of 30 mln new ordinary shares and 15 mln attaching options (on a 1 for 2 basis). Eligible shareholders have subscribed for 10.18 mln new ordinary shares for a total of 4.3 mln aud. Existing eligible shareholders have applied for another 2.96 mln 'shortfall' shares over and above their entitlement, representing another 1.24 mln aud. Gravity Diamonds will therefore be allotting 13.14 mln new ordinary shares and 6.57 mln attaching options to accepting shareholders. Once normal trading resumes on Friday, the directors will progress their efforts to place the shortfall of 16.9 mln shares. They will do so at a price not less than the offer price of 42 cents per new share. | rubstone |
