Im out. This is guarenteed suspension and a delisting.
No point in throwing away another £480.

Most helpful.

Those notices refer only to the Biofuel land/buildings/plant in KL, but not the palm oil refinery in Lahad Datu.

Should be 5 May not 17 May in my previous post.

Unless this was subsequently extended the closing date for the receipt of tenders for non core assets was 17 May

Update on debt rationalization

Graphene NanoChem (AIM:GRPH), the international provider of nanotechnology performance enhancing solutions for global industries, announces that the Company expects the successful debt restructuring exercise it has undertaken to now be unconditional by mid Q2 2017 as opposed to the end of the Q1 2017 as previously announced, post completion of the administrative process and other conditions precedent, including the process of non-core asset sales.

The Company expects the successful debt restructuring exercise it has undertaken to now be unconditional by the end of the 2(nd) quarter 2017 post completion of the administrative process and other conditions precedent, including non-core asset sales, as previously announced.

Two of those updates were included in RNS advising of loan agreements with ~Darwin and one immediately preceded an RNS about such an arrangement.

Whether Darwin required the posting of the updates as a condition precedent to entering into each agreement, I know not.

I suspect, however, that it may be the case.

If the assets have not been sold, it only indirectly impacts on GRPH, because the loans in question are not secured against GRPH.

However, a third loan, which is still or maybe still being renegotiated is secured against the assets of GRPH and most likely its IP.

If its shares are suspended, as they may be, on `Friday, it cannot raise any more money other than by sales of its products. If those sales do not cover its costs and interest and repayments on the third loan, it is bust.

I do not believe that any firm of auditors will sign off accounts for this company unless and until its financial position has been clarified.

Given the revenue of the company since listing four years ago, approaching £100 million, the big question is how come its borrowing during that period increased exponentially. I can only surmise that it made massive losses on its biofuel business when the price of oil fell by more than half.

ah, Leedskier - the most dogged proponent of this dog of a share - he's a bit quiet now?

What is the bet that all that lovely IP for the magical brews of Scomi DrillPlats etc is probably being hocked out so the shareholders just own a fist full of paper and our Malaysian friends will prance off into the sunset with the rights to the magic recipes ready to do business once again?

Therefore now is a gamble to be holding this stock.
Tomorrow maybe a good day to cut ones loss. As it could effect my margin if they value this stock at 0p until it comes back.

I wish I listened instead of fighting, lol.

Suspension will take place when the company releases the RNS stating that results will miss the deadline. Perhaps at COB Thursday or Friday before the market opens.

I'm out. Is now just too risky and at best a punt. Good luck to those who remain.

30th June fast approaching. I do wonder whether results will be out this week, 6 months after y/e will be up, and if they are what they will say.
IMO, if the company is to survive, the board need to show that they have the funds to ensure that they can take whatever supposed contracts they have into commercial status, in other words really generate meaningful revenue. Otherwise this will go down.

Not really they are only 2 way if you can go short, on many you can't which rather defeats what spread betting and the tax free part was intended to be about. On many you can only bet one way.

The wha to combat this extra re negative is to provide some verifiable facts why they are wrong.

I see the name Darwin mentioned. Darwin generally only appear when companies are is such poor sires no one see will give them backing.

I didn't speak to Darwin myself but spoke to someone that did. They more or less admit it's dirty work but it make money and keeps the last hopes alive for the relevant company.

I just dont like the derampers getting the better of stocks.
Remember a stock is now a 2 way gamble with spread bet companys allowing bets on both directions.

This is going to be the biggest multi bagger since SOLG, IMHO.

This is now the cheapest and most exciting stock on AIM in my opinion.

Are you a Goldfish?

9.26 am GRPH is the cheapest and most exciting share on the AIM.

Well that depends if you call jumping out of an aeroplane with no parachute exciting.

Then 62 mins later Stellar diamonds is obviously the most exciting share on the AIM with it being a Multibagger as you claim

Then

"Stick with KOD. Many multi bags to come."

Like somebody mentioned earlier, I suspect most of the trades reported as sells at 3.1 are in fact buys, I wonder what's going on? Maybe somebody has been offloading their holding...

The fact that the CEO, Dato Jespal Deol Balbir Singh owns 28,736,563 non-beneficiary shares (21.44%), does this mean anything....?

All that sold will be regretting it big time. As all the RNS's from the company have been good this year and I see no reason for the fall.
