Nice entry point Miah, I too waited for the spike to come back to reality and added to myself to 390kWay oversold over the last few months, it has its rushes but now Darwin are out (for now) all we need is positive trading update or a couple of decent orders.

Shorters covering their positions ? Hope they are hurting ! Will only start to realise the real value of this company when Darwin trade in their last loan notes.

Cheers Marketeer for the message.Agree on all points but fear this is another lul before Darwin steer us down again for their remaining 10 loan notes. Great topping up chance imo.

Someone has faith as there is a late reported buy for 6 million shares at £309k on 31 March

Also a lurker and fascinating news okuta - the uni of Manchester using graphene oxide for desalination. Challenge is turning it into a membrane and creating the structure with exact size & spacing for the micropores. Look forward to commercial application - as it is passive could be a lot cheaper to operate than reverse osmosis.

27% rise today because GRPH was just oversold - there's not some tenuous graphene bandwagon linked to the publishing of these results?

My apologies if this isn't relevant , I'm a lurker on this BB and think it will come good in time.

Marketer4 Darwin have already forward sold the shares. They never hold any stock. This new issue will simply replace those shorted shares.

Another six million shares to Darwin to drive the price even lower. Perhaps they are hoping for 12 million next conversion at this rate.

Could it be that by Darwin selling they drive the price down so far that when the next tranch of money is converted to GRPH shares they double or quadruple the number of shares they hold. They can then sit back in the hope or expectation that the price will rise dramatically if the selling abates. Just a thought - like KenOne and statistical I too wonder where it will end at this rate.

Oh well, what do they say . . . Never fall in love with a stock.
I've finally closed out all my holdings, so now it'll take off, knowing my lack of judgement !!

I assume Darwin are constantly selling the new shares they were allocated . Can someone please explain to me (and statistical - see above ) why they are doing this and just how low the share price can go ? How does it benefit Darwin if they go bust ? It looked to me like the restructuring and orders they have for product would turn them into a successful company with an increasing share price

grph is the only stock I thought about shorting after I researched it to buy. It does look my analysis was right. Feel for anyone that followed the ramping.

GRPH has not advised that it has drawn down the 17 Mar loan note. I presume that the company would have notified the market had it done so. However the price action in the market for GRPH's shares does seem to suggest that Darwin is still active in driving down the price. Can someone explain what they think might be the reason for this?
