GRAINGER PLC BUY OUT AWARD VESTING

The Company announces that the third and final tranche of the buyout award granted to Helen Gordon, CEO, on 12 January 2016, vested on 9 March 2018. Following an assessment of the applicable performance conditions, 26,524 shares options vested (53% of the 50,045 shares awarded).

Arrangements are in hand to transfer the vested shares from the Grainger plc Employee Benefits Trust to the Executive Director.
