I`m expecting to see an RNS soon as there are rather a lot of big trades going through.

This business looks to be dying at first glance. But, recent acquisitions could bring life at the end of the tunnel. Management expects Image Everything to report in excess of £5.53m (2016: £4.81m) with profit before tax of £0.59m (2016: £0.43m).

Right now, we have time to assess Grafenia because turnaround takes time. Also, Grafenia needs to deal with borrowings of over £3m, along with a possibility of raising further equity due to lack of cash in the bank.
Grafenia’s current valuation is speculative, but the future could look prosperous if they successfully integrate Image Everything.

Sale today of 2,740,000 shares at 8p with the market price remaining unmoved.
Suggests that someone has bought these and another RNS will follow soon.

Nettl has 130 locations in the UK and Ireland, recently launched in the Netherlands and is growing at a rate of one or two signups per week.

Took the opportunity to sell out. Too many of this type of jump turn out to be hot air.

This is currently second in the list of percentage gainers.
Perhaps they will have to issue an RNS saying "we have no idea why GRA is going up" OR preferably one that states the reason.

That's a big acquisition for them. How are they funding as cash is low?

I`m pleased to see an acquisition as the core business has been stagnating for some time.

Don't hold. Did once a few years back. Just watching with interest as its an interesting model example of a management team trying to beat technical obsolescence in their core business. Unfortunately, they are likely to fail.

Are you invested in these or do you just like posting "technological obsolescence" ?

It`s a long hard road ahead for Grafenia. I reckon the dividends have well and truly ended for the foreseeable future.
