anyone asking why they placed only 30 mill at 2p?they don`t do placing like many others in big quantity...maybe because new contracts are to be announced(with non china companies)partner put also 2 of their staf as directors on new board...turning point in the company...

I always think there is a hidden agenda when far overseas stocks issue premium
placings to a private investor. Maybe they are connected to the business and
will benefit from it because there is no normal reason to pay 3 times the price
for stock after such a abysmal update. Again it's a chance to escape.

Also traded this share several times and sorry to hear you stayed in from 6p downwards... sentiment can change and I will the mention of further transformation news in the works... even getting back to 2p will be a plus for the recent shareholders.. of course high risk and this might be a short term solution but willing to reinvest considering the discount to the placing gl

Considering GWIN has fallen from 26p to here at 1.2p there is plenty of scope to rise say 300%-400% and it will still be a fraction of what it was valued at less than 12 months ago!!

Update

Further to the announcement of 21 January 2015, the Board of the Company announces that it is in discussions regarding funding which are expected to be concluded and announced imminently.

The Company's working capital position remains severely constrained.

Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Board of the Company announces that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP has resigned as the Company's nominated adviser effective from the close of business on 26 February 2015.

In accordance with the AIM Rules, the Company's shares will be suspended at 7.30 am on 27 February 2015 pursuant to AIM Rule 1 if a replacement nominated adviser has not been appointed by that time.

If a replacement nominated adviser has not been appointed within one month of that suspension, the admission of the Company's securities to AIM will be cancelled.
