It seems we may well have a false price, once these are freed up there may be a bit of profit taking.

Mine are still showing separately in my HL account at full allocation as "Assented line" but with no current price. I'm guessing this will update later today?

There appears to be a glitch in the ii system - none of my fund-like investments have a KID - so I can't top-up any of them.

On ii where no KID is available they have previously offered me a work around following secure message exchange. They will do the trade at online prices through a dealer by phone the reason given is their system doesn't accommodate the online trade. hope this is helpful.

Wow this is being chased up on dilution! Either there’s a ‘GRID like’ increase in NAV incoming (possible but I’m not sure) or it’s the shambles of the way brokers have dealt with the placing (and traders have been unable to trade out yet) or the ramping in the DM is having a TGR effect … either way it will be interesting to see how this plays out.🤔㊂0;

IMHO it’s a good stock however the next bump in income from development assets is a little way off. LTH for me so just observations.

No KID with ii? No kidding!

I've had that problem a few times - send a secure message and a strong phone call, that should work.

SpectoAcc,
Have you tried to buy on ii , I can’t it says no Kidd docs?

@CWA1 - iii showing the allocation, and have returned the excess cash, but haven't put the allocation under the GSF ticker yet.

Just tested the available cash - or tried to, iii is showing everything as "Unable to trade, no KID document available", so clearly having a glitch.

THere's a gap in the market for a non-inept broker - the list of the worst ones starts with Barclays Stockbrokers, and works down through IG, HL, but encompasses pretty much all of them IMO.

I added more this am on HL. Plenty room for capital growth and with 7% (yesterday's inflation figure) yield its not a difficult decision

Got my 38% allocation via AJ Bell and balance funds back in my account. For some reason unable to buy anymore this morning. I still want to add even if it’s going to be a lot more than the issue price.

Only YOU of the three I applied through have the stock sitting on the portfolio, available to sell. The cash balance is back in the account too. Well done them.

The allocation is showing in ii but not tradeable, though the cash balance is there available to use. So half a cheer for them.

iDealing have neither taken the cash from the account nor posted the stock received either. Must do better.

So a mixed bag. How have others fared?

It is a shame GSF did not include an allocation offer to existing shareholders hopefully they will include such an option in any future fund raising. I am taking up full allocation in SIPP & ISA in the INPP subscription so guaranteed to get some shares. 38% allocation in GSF scaling is very poor imho.

I manage a few accounts for people. So my observations were that AJ Bell gave full allocations to current shareholders and 38% to those that applied as new shareholders. II gave 38% to current and new shareholders. HL have not yet processed the allocations for existing shareholders.

I got 34% ish of what I applied for. Hargreaves sent a message and shares will be credited tomorrow. However given the demand and the fact I wasn't a share holder when I applied am glad to have been given any at all.

He tipped GSF before the fundraise was over, presumably causing people to pile in, or at least to buy in the market and cause others to apply.

melody - Don't worry, they will sort it out when they debit funds from your account.

You will just pay 110p a share, no dealing charges or stamp duty.

Good luck everyone, Sid.

Looking on AJBell, I see a stamp duty charge. Is this correct - do others have same?

These were clearly going to be oversubscribed. Bought in the market yesterday at 112.6p and again today at 114.1p. Together with the 38% allotment from the offer this gets my portfolio weighting in these to 2% which is where I wanted it to be. Based on GRID's recent results and comparable price these still look cheap.
