Posted at 22/3/2024 08:53 by arregius I dont know, but i hope stays here until i get the dividend back into the business |
Posted at 24/1/2024 08:29 by arregius IMHO market is around 600-900m.I believe GDWN will slowly gain market share and duvelco its very promisins “The Company is confident about the significance of its breakthrough in manufacturing its polyimide polymer. This process, which results in improved properties compared to other commercially available materials, is currently under patent application. This pending patent is likely to provide us with a protective moat for the next two decades, strengthening our market position.” |
Posted at 21/12/2023 16:48 by shanklin I viewed a recent presentation where a company described the growth in one part of its business using the term "exploding pipeline".With GDWN, I suspect we have multiple exploding pipelines. |
Posted at 20/12/2023 10:55 by gdjs100 FYI we have 57.5p going ex dividend on 21st March, pay date 12th April, as was declared with the finals. |
Posted at 20/12/2023 10:24 by cfro Actually you might be right. It is very confusing. They make virtually no reference to the interim dividend at all and no mention of what it is or ex-div dates etc.. |
Posted at 20/12/2023 10:03 by gdjs100 They pay an annual dividend in two instalments, so I don't think anything has changed there. |
Posted at 20/12/2023 09:54 by cfro We are getting quarterly updates from now on, whoop whoop whoop yey get in there LOl...Second half profits won't be so good due to order delays but there is a lot to like about today's results. The Electric fire-extinguishers now making sales into the large USA market and India pumps manufacturing plant getting up and running. Looks like the Easat satellite systems contract will be signed-off next year. Very exciting times ahead just a shame no interim dividend but i understand why. |
Posted at 11/10/2023 20:44 by cockerhoop As in a Nuclear Storage Box produced by being cast in a foundry. GDWN produce the (SSB) Self Shielded Box for Sellafield with both the body and lid cast.AVG produce their 3m3 storage boxes by welding and use of a machine shop. The 63 can rack is a large frame containing 20 tubes which each hold 3 cans of waste (I know that only adds up to 60 cans!!). This is manufactured at GDWN international in the machine shop. |
Posted at 11/10/2023 10:42 by cockerhoop GDWN will not have competed on those contracts, one was a extension on an existing contract with Sellafield and the other was a £3m contract with Magnox to supply some internals for a concrete box.GDWN has won contracts for cast storage boxes at Sellafield along with 63 can racks both of which are likely to re-occur. New iterations of the 3m3 box which AVG currently produce may be of interest to GDWN in the future. AVG certainly won't have the capacity to supply the full £900m contract. |
Posted at 11/10/2023 10:27 by 1c3479z avg has announced a contract win for nuclear storage boxes, does Gdwn compete or have they lost the tender? |
