Operation of scrip dividend scheme

The Board of Good Energy Group PLC recommended a final dividend of 1.8p per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, as set out in the Company's preliminary results on 29 March 2022. Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on 22 June 2022, the final dividend is payable on 13 July 2022 to shareholders whose names are on the register at close of business on 10 June 2022. The shares will trade ex-dividend from 09 June 2022.

The Directors have decided to continue to offer shareholders the opportunity to receive dividends in the form of new shares in the Company as an alternative to a cash dividend payment.

Documentation setting out full details of the scrip dividend scheme has been sent to all shareholders today.

Documentation setting out full details of the scrip dividend scheme will be send to shareholder on or around 25 May 2022 and can be viewed on the website at https://group.goodenergy.co.uk/investor-centre/dividend-and-scrip-information .

To participate in the scrip dividend scheme for the 2021 final dividend, shareholders who have not yet lodged election forms must do so by 5pm on 24 June 2022. Shareholders need not take any further action if they have already elected to participate in the scrip dividend scheme or receive their dividend in cash and would like to continue to do so.

The reference price of the scrip shares in respect of the dividend will be calculated and published on or around 16 June 2022.
