Notice of AGM & pre-AGM investor event

Annual General Meeting

Good Energy announces that its Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at https://group.goodenergy.co.uk/investor-centre/agm-and-general-meeting-information/.

The Company will be holding a closed AGM on 30 June 2021 at 4pm at the Company's offices, in light of the current restrictions on social gatherings and unnecessary travel due to COVID-19. If Government guidance on limiting the spread of COVID-19 changes and the Company considers it appropriate to make different arrangements for the 2021 AGM, we will issue an RNS announcement by 9am on Tuesday 29 June 2021 at the latest.

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to appoint the Chairman as their proxy and to submit their proxy votes as soon as possible and the Company recommend using the online platform at https://www.eproxyappointment.com/Login to avoid the risk of postal delays.

Online votes and Forms of proxy must be completed, signed and returned so as to be received by the Company's Registrars by no later than 4pm on Monday 28 June 2021. Shareholders who wish to ask a question of the Board relating to the business of the meeting can do so by sending an email to [e-mail] and answers will be published on the Company website https://group.goodenergy.co.uk/home.

Pre-AGM Investor event

Management will give an online presentation to investors on 22 June 2021 at 4pm via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform ahead of the Company's AGM, which is being held on Wednesday 30 June 2021. The presentation, hosted by Chief Executive Nigel Pocklington and CFO Rupert Sanderson, will commence at 4pm and will be followed by an opportunity for Q&A.

The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders as well as Good Energy customers. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your IMC dashboard or any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function. Although the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.
