Yip. The warrants bought at 3p wont be selling until 100p plus. 50p must be hit this yr no matter what. There is no other possible choice.....it must hit 50p without fail

Rest posts have to confess I’ve sold 50% on the back of warrants solely on the opinion of short term weakness also the plan to but back.
I’m hoping for an RNS regarding Gold-room on the back of the warrants

One last point is we don't yet have a decision on whether they have decided to bring the gold room and elusion facility forward. Suspect any delay in announcement is possibly about that.. we don't yet know the lead time for that fasciliity nor who the 3rd party processor is if it is decided to wait on more cashflow and do that later.I think given the increased guidance the gold room is coming sooner than expected.

Excellent post thank you tansulondon .. I bought in on fundamentals and agree with your assessment . My move is only short term in case the dilution or lack of news drags on the price in the next week or so . Might miss some uplift on news but so be it .. if it does drop I will buy back the shares sold . If it gets away from me I have banked a good profit .

Seriously, your shares your choice re selling but with a small free float here it moves fast, both up and down. I've held over a year now. I'll add more if we head lower, everything you need to know imo is in the RNS'd detail. Read those not only the comments on the board which are mainly drivel.  1.6.21'The Company remains on track to achieve the production schedule announced 13 May 2021, and the proceeds of the Warrant Exercise will be used to meet ongoing costs associated with the ramp up of operations at the Homase Mine. ' A quick Google dig will tell you 2 months to treat ore with cyanide to produce gold carbon. A read of prior RNS will give you warrant details and our big holders have never flipped their warrants so perhaps they won't bother now either? AIM, Paracale and BCM are supportive and Bill Trew (Paracale)is also our Chairman and a very shrewd mine developer with a huge CV. My ONLY worry here is that the Co will go private as my research and that of others I chat to tells me there is a massive upside at both Homase and Akrokeri in resource, our big holders are here for that reason.... which will be funded by the cashflow from Homase, debt free in year 1 of production is likely. Not a lot not to really like here, derisked, fully permitted, updated DFS due, increased JORC and LOM due, it's producing, geology, location, jurisdiction, management and timing. All positives. We will see the $ numbers v shortly but have been told already only a few days ago 25k ozs this year, 50k ozs next year. Do the maths..... I'm happy to wait until mid July before 'needing' more news on 1st pour, we may see other warrants being exercised before then to fund the upgraded production (no issue), company wants to build an elution facility and gold room earlier than previous guidance but we can make more $ and faster with that. Gold $1908 per Oz as I type. Easy hold IMO at £40m MC - potential mid tier producer, potential target, potential divvy payer. This is why I bother with AIM juniors but the quality has to shine.

tansulondon .. thanks for post .. I have protected my gains made to date as I do worry this price will drift ; but left a small amount in ; just in case they try offloading for cash as cannot see where the buys are coming from . Do you have any opinion as to why there is still no indication of gold pour / sales ? I see several posters assuming production but we have no definitive dates and indication of cashflow. This is all the news I want as a shareholder . We should have had cash to play with by now . Does give people like Boris something to work with .... but he is tongue in cheek on most of his posts as he is "paying" back Trader536 for the nonsense he has been posting and ruining other boards . Give it a rest now Boris ... Trader really doesn't give a damn what you post.
