Time just to wait for the scale of dilution and pound of flesh the Bond holders want!!! After the dilution perhaps it'll be a good time to invest - 5p?

Simplistic view based on 5 year LOM.

225,000 oz @ $1750 - $600 = $258.75 Million operating revenue
G & A say $5 Million
Further development funding, say $10 Million
Mine end remediation, say $5 Million

$238.75 Million / 1.35 = £176.85 Million

Taxes , c.£30 Million

Worst case return to shareholders ( assuming LOM not extended) = c. £115 Million v < £40 Million current market cap.

This now needs confirmation of actual gold pour and sales / cash-flow ... it really is as simple as that . Everything else looking good imho.

New share price Angel note out.

NPV: Based on the initial Homase Mine production profile, we estimate post-tax
NPV of £139m (90% attributable interest) equivalent to 24.4p per share,
assuming full dilution of warrants at a 10% discount rate.

We'll never know why folk sell - investment policy, retirement, divorce, low opinion of company, to name but 4 reasons - but MMS know their trade and will manage the price to swiftly absorb isolated large trades whilst making their turn. To judge whether this is a mass exodus (or grab) always look at the total trading volume - is it significant compared to the average? If it isn't, stick to your guns.

Donaferentes, you are right it is a sell but that has come and gone and been soaked up all day by buys. This will start to rise now over the coming months.

The 1m trade was time at 9.02 when 14p was a clear sell. Other way round - offer held down to get some stock in and bid also had to be reduced. Now that's cleared, Monday should see us back at 14-15, maybe a bit more.
