Posted at 10/4/2024 16:55 by alhambra1 And Ms List and Nguvu are putting their money where their mouths are!Bill Trew is a major shareholder in Paracale - a GRL investor. So he's still indirectly involved - with a wealth of experience. hxxps://gb.wallmine. |

Posted at 10/4/2024 09:46 by alhambra1 Trew hasn't gone far.He and Ms List are the major players in Paracale and Nguvu, respectively - major GRL shareholders. Will these individuals (who have more information than anyone) be on the directors' subscriptions list? One of the many factors which will have a material affect on the share price If T and L increase their investment (knowing what they do) - the share price could rise significantly, in the short term. 🤨 |
Posted at 10/4/2024 07:12 by alhambra1 RNSBack in business - AIMSL remains extremely supportive, taking more equity - with some directors/employee. More information imminent today - but the company has been reinvigorated by the new support. Paracale Gold - another major shareholder (Bill Trew, the main man) - also firmly stays behind GRL! 😃🤗 |
Posted at 02/4/2024 11:48 by alhambra1 See today's RNS. Work continues on the main site (satellite video available) and finance efforts ongoing also - with Angela List in charge now.hxxps://www.goldston Shareholder decisions will now be key to the post-suspension share price - and the high gold price may have a positive bearing! 🙂 |
Posted at 17/3/2024 09:51 by alhambra1 AIMS, a major GRL shareholder, provides the gold loan - and Trew and List (on the GRL board) are major shareholders in Paracale and Nguvu, respectively - also GRL shareholders.Hopefully these old friends will work things out, next week! The POG is an big incentive - and significantly other shareholders include Bank of New York/Mellon, arbdn (Standard Life) and Citibank. (^ー^) |
Posted at 02/10/2023 06:24 by thismuchistrew So my personal view is that the strategy has been/is: 1. Get investor support to build your mine. 2. When you’re ready, drive the share price down through negative news and low production figures, which keeps a burgeoning goldmine appearing to be limping along. 3. Buy time with suspensions while you work out the final details. 4. Delist while the share price is very low. 5. Leave the private investors with useless shares which have no market, or 6. Offer them a derisory amount which they have to accept as they’d rather get something than nothing (easier to offer 1p when the share price is 2p rather than 10p). 7. Run away laughing to a villa in somewhere like, I dunno, Portugal or somewhere. |
Posted at 13/3/2023 16:28 by highly geared You need to look at the recent convertible loan and warrants options RNS. This may enable GRL to sort out operational issues to increase gold production. The question is what margin does the investor want on conversion and warrants conversion. In essence , they’re in for up to c£5million at around 3.6p average. The upside is production is sorted and with a high POG, the business becomes profitable with a positive share price reaction. The downside ( obvious re; production failures continued) is that if there is £5million of shares to shift to retail punters with a profit of say 10-20% , this will be a serious hindrance to share price appreciation. It all depends on what returns the loan note investor is after… my gut feel is we’ll see an operational update once they’ve got the gold extraction issues resolved and the investor has given them £2.4m to do this. Posted at 04/2/2022 13:26 by malcontent I was surprised, pleasantly, how well GRL share price stood up in 2021 compared to my other gold stock, where many declined up to 60% on sector sentiment after a storming 2020Grl is now reverting more to the mean, on the back of setbacks and disappointments It's not game over for this enterprise in any shape or form, but it does look like it will be a longer and a tougher slog than some had hoped and predicted I continnue to hold, as all my goldies, as my judgment remains that we have not seen the last of the gold bull in this cycle, and this stock, like all goldies, will benefit from sector rotation once gold is the place to be. But it does look like GRL will not be a fairy-tale success story, and I have reined in my expectations accordingly Hold for gold |
Posted at 04/1/2022 10:28 by spacedust With all this bad news Grl share price finally will climb. Im buying. Price should go up bsck to 11p for no reason |
