Update on the sale of Kilimapesa

G ol dp lat pl c, the AIM quoted g o ld p r o ducer, w ith internati onal g o ld reco very o perati ons l o cated in South Afr i ca and Ghana, is please to refer you to announcement of this morning by P apillon Holdings Plc (LON: PPHP) ("Papillon"), indicating that Papillon has submitted its prospectus to the FCA and which also includes an update on the sale of Kilimapesa.

The Company also announces that Gerard Kisbey-Green, a non-executive director of the Company, will be a proposed director of Papillon following the completion of the transaction.
