   Directors Holdings Update 
 
   Goldplat wishes to announce that it was informed by Nigel Wyatt, a 
director of the Company, on 4 September 2017 of a shareholding in 
Goldplat, held through a trust that Mr Wyatt and his family are 
beneficiaries of. The trust holds 30,950 shares in Goldplat, 
representing 0.018% of the issued share capital of the Company. These 
shares were purchased by the trust prior to Mr Wyatt's appointment to 
the board of Goldplat on 17 September 2013, and there have been no 
changes to that shareholding since being purchased.
