Golden Rock Global (LSE: GCG), a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC") incorporated in Jersey and formed to undertake one or more acquisitions of a target company or business in the fintech sector announces the appointment of Sanjay Nath to the Board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Disclosures pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R.

Sanjay Nath was a director of Supagroup Limited when, in September 2011, it entered a voluntary creditors liquidation. Total deficiency with regard to creditors was GBP635,688.
