The broker says GOO is up on no trades! Plus has some miniscule amount and that ain't doing it. Given the market is being sh*gged today..not a bad sign.

Does the Annual Report and Financial Statements have to be issued in the form of an RNS or will copies just be posted to shareholders as suggested in the last RNS? I'm a shareholder but my UK mail gets redirected to me Hong Kong so I wouldn't receive it till after the AGM anyway. If I remember correctly we've always had an RNS in previous years.

There will be an rns on the results at some point and the results will need to be accepted at the agm on 27th.

Unless they delay the agm - which is unlikely!

The Annual Report and Financial Statements will be posted to shareholders no later than Wednesday 13 June 2013.
RNS says POSTED no later than , so tomorrow they will arrive if posted today.

I'm surprised that we haven't got an RNS yet. Since the results must have been prepared weeks ago, I can only assume that Rudolph was waiting for some good news to add to the RNS and it hasn't yet arrived. He said 13th June latest, so he will have to put something out later today.

The 3D seismic is likely to cover the well locations for the 90 prospects over the next 3 development phases and 30 million dollars for this is probably about right.

Its clearly a slow news day.......
