05/6/2013 11:40 | Hugo. a contract extension on NBM would be excellent news as it would give Goo the green light to develop the project imo now with a 100% interest. Only one well drilled on the Nancy block which has produced well over 3m barrels of oil to date with no water. The field seems quite large and has good reserves in place if you read the presentations. | pembury
05/6/2013 10:06 | chitty 5 Jun'13 - 10:21 - 7242 of 7248 0 0 Lets see what the future holds after his report!! Still concernered there might well be a different agenda. Like what? | the guardian
05/6/2013 10:05 | Mike Stamp. Doubt it. TG. Totally agree. Chitty. Doubt it. Val. We do have some Goo(d) Fridays occasionally. :)) | hugomaracuya
05/6/2013 10:03 | At least it is not a Friday! So Wednesday it is then? | valentine
05/6/2013 10:03 | nlmbidc. Yep, I reckon we will get all those - updates on flowrates, contract extension and next steps on NBM. Plus the long awaited update on what Vale have been doing/have got planned, plus Azar, Rosa Blanca, but not much more on Z34, as we probably know all there is to know as yet. And of course, if the accounts show that we are now stabilised, the markets might see us as being derisked on that front, allowing us to better reflect our value. Here's hoping. | hugomaracuya
05/6/2013 10:02 | has no-one noticed that the 13th June is a thursday! | billy18
05/6/2013 09:40 | Well the agm news has neither spooked or excited the market!! Does anyone have a dead parrot? | nlmbidc
05/6/2013 09:40 | Z34 deal?. I would guess absolutely not. Why would UOG appoint ADA? | pembury
05/6/2013 09:35 | Guys, I need help here. When he who shall not be named created sheer energy and bought into Gold oil through sheer there was an agreement at that time that ADA (owned by you know who) would be the drilling consultants as part of the deal. Are we still tied to ADA ?? http://www.goldoilpl | joetricky
05/6/2013 09:21 | Lets see what the future holds after his report!! Still concernered there might well be a different agenda. | chitty
05/6/2013 09:03 | Yes pem, that's a big achievement in just six months. Rudolph is like a breath of fresh air in our little company. In a few months hopefully, when the share price is a lot higher, we will all feel justified and very satisfied that we had a clear out last year. Honesty and hard work will prevail in the end. | the guardian
05/6/2013 08:57 | Could also be something nasty, but of course no one would dare say that. !! | mikestamp
05/6/2013 07:51 | Hugo It may be that they are finalising flow rates at nbm. One of the recent rns statet that this was the aim. It could also be an nbm license extension that they are waiting for the ink to dry on. Nlmbidc | nlmbidc
05/6/2013 07:49 | Seems Gold Oil are now in a much stronger position than they were up to December 31st TG that's the main thing. Slow and steady, RB putting the foundations in. to Dec 31st 2012. Goo had; Debt No cash No farmout deal 58% of NBM production to June 2013; Goo have; No debt Cash in the bank Farmout deal offshore 100% of NBM production Not bad progress in six months! | pembury
05/6/2013 07:46 | Hugo I think you are spot on. Nlmbidc | nlmbidc
05/6/2013 07:43 | My guess is that with the very unusual step of announcing the AGM (for which 3 weeks notice is required), yet not posting the results and annual report for another week, is that maybe they are in the midst of finalising something that will be in the report, but cannot put it public just yet, in case something goes wrong. - or it has now happened, but the printers have to put it into print. or then again, maybe its just that the printers had a glitch, or got their dates wrong :)) We will soon find out. Exciting times ahead, I feel. | hugomaracuya
05/6/2013 07:38 | Its customary for the accounts to be approved a t the agm I wonder if john bell will be there to approve them? Nlmbidc | nlmbidc
05/6/2013 07:18 | The results up to the end of December will make dire reading. Maybe the intention is to tuck them away on the website and then issue a more positive update on the current and future situation via an RNS. I really hope that is the case and that we get something to give us a kick start very soon. | the guardian
05/6/2013 06:53 | Great. I ought to read the thing more carefully. Within the week then! | valentine
05/6/2013 06:51 | It says Annual Report & Results will be before June 13 | pembury
05/6/2013 06:50 | Oildon, if you turn up at the AGM, you may get a biscuit as well. | the guardian
05/6/2013 06:48 | I wonder if the results will precede the AGM? | valentine
05/6/2013 06:17 | Is that all we are getting? | oildon11 |
