Hugo. a contract extension on NBM would be excellent news as it would give Goo the green light to develop the project imo now with a 100% interest.

Only one well drilled on the Nancy block which has produced well over 3m barrels of oil to date with no water. The field seems quite large and has good reserves in place if you read the presentations.

Mike Stamp. Doubt it.

TG. Totally agree.

Chitty. Doubt it.

Val. We do have some Goo(d) Fridays occasionally. :))

nlmbidc. Yep, I reckon we will get all those - updates on flowrates, contract extension and next steps on NBM. Plus the long awaited update on what Vale have been doing/have got planned, plus Azar, Rosa Blanca, but not much more on Z34, as we probably know all there is to know as yet.

And of course, if the accounts show that we are now stabilised, the markets might see us as being derisked on that front, allowing us to better reflect our value.

Here's hoping.

Z34 deal?.
I would guess absolutely not.
Why would UOG appoint ADA?

Guys, I need help here. When he who shall not be named created sheer energy and bought into Gold oil through sheer there was an agreement at that time that ADA (owned by you know who) would be the drilling consultants as part of the deal. Are we still tied to ADA ??

Yes pem, that's a big achievement in just six months. Rudolph is like a breath of fresh air in our little company. In a few months hopefully, when the share price is a lot higher, we will all feel justified and very satisfied that we had a clear out last year.

Honesty and hard work will prevail in the end.

Hugo

It may be that they are finalising flow rates at nbm.

One of the recent rns statet that this was the aim.

It could also be an nbm license extension that they are waiting for the ink to dry on.

Seems Gold Oil are now in a much stronger position than they were up to December 31st TG that's the main thing. Slow and steady, RB putting the foundations in.

to Dec 31st 2012.

Goo had;

Debt
No cash
No farmout deal
58% of NBM production

to June 2013;

Goo have;

No debt
Cash in the bank
Farmout deal offshore
100% of NBM production

Not bad progress in six months!

My guess is that with the very unusual step of announcing the AGM (for which 3 weeks notice is required), yet not posting the results and annual report for another week, is that maybe they are in the midst of finalising something that will be in the report, but cannot put it public just yet, in case something goes wrong.

- or it has now happened, but the printers have to put it into print.

or then again, maybe its just that the printers had a glitch, or got their dates wrong :))

We will soon find out.

Exciting times ahead, I feel.

The results up to the end of December will make dire reading. Maybe the intention is to tuck them away on the website and then issue a more positive update on the current and future situation via an RNS. I really hope that is the case and that we get something to give us a kick start very soon.
