The common thought behind a big spread is that the market (mm's) don't know which way the share is going to move so they make a great killing on the sales. Yesterday for instance they were buying at 1.55 and selling at 1.8.
When the market picks up and the trend is known the spread lessens.

Yep. This work was started over a year ago. The authorities have been fast tracking EIAs recently. Hopefully approval won't take long.
