No reply from Rudolph yet.

Has anyone managed to locate the presentation showing the Z34 work phases?

I see an AT trade for 1 share.

The name change is neccessary, I like the sound of Stratosphere Hydrocarbons.

The old saucer pennant is forming. They just do not understand GOO are a new entity.
They have such a sour rep in the City and in SA. RB said they neede a name change to get respect in Latin America due to the prevarications, and deviousness, of previous board.
I am up for it although Blitzen would not be the name of choice.
I can see another EGM in the offing. RB has the required shares % now, I believe, to swing it, do what he chooses.

CS I'm not disappointed with the deal I'm just absolutely flabbergasted at the market reaction. I'm considering that the market still senses the bad smell that lingers. I for one am hoping to see a holdings RNS that says a certain major investor has left the building.

Gold Oil's Peru net Peru carry is worth more than the whole company.

Very very disappointed with the share price, what do we have to do to put this company on the Map.

Or are we in or another long wait and seven years!

Takes time Joe. I had RKH at 80p and they issued an RNS stating that they had oil.

The share price fell to 40p but after the reality was absorbed climbed to 550p.

ATM you will have potential investors thinking that they can get GOO cheaper and maybe some will, the ones that don't press the buy button might regret not buying if the share price shoots up to 5p. Human nature IMO.

To me when I look at other oilers at the same level of maturity as GOO

my instincts tell me that GOO is a stonking winner.

WTF...... a deal like this has just thrown this company into one of the safest small oilies (if there is such a thing) and the market has reacted like this ??? I don't think that I will ever understand AIM. Last year we hit 8p on the mere rumour of this deal.
Don't get me wrong, I'm pleased with this deal I think it's great but what the hell is the market playing at ????

If you take XXI into account that means Gold Oil are now fully carried for seismic and drilling on both blocks for 5 wells in Peru.

Add to that they are producing over 500bopd in Colombia.

Gold Oil are better placed now than last year perhaps?

The three phases were outlined in some of the powerpoint presentations which are on the gold oil website.

I don't have time to look them up right now, but if anyone has time it is worth the read.

Their are several either or options to meet the terms of each phase of the license.

Looking at the website of UCG Investments the board by enlarge appear to be young, sharp and well educated. That hopefully will equate to a hungry and ambitious, who will move this on at a quicker pace than we might have expected. This deal may be the tipping point for GOO. Happy to hold and looking forward to the next 18 months or so.

I think the market needs a clearer look on the overall look of the company accounts and everything else, in my view people are still being cautious off goo due to the past let downs

TG. Exactly. When you do the maths the current share price is ridiculous. We need a clearer understanding of the value of this deal.
